Who is behind RAGSuite?
RAGSuite is a brand of NITSAN GmbH, based in Dresden and registered at the Dresden Local Court under HRB 48599. NITSAN GmbH also runs T3Planet for TYPO3 products and Accesstive for accessibility. Our team is in Dresden, Berlin and Viernheim and works in German and English.
Is RAGSuite a German provider?
Yes. The contracting party is NITSAN GmbH, based in Dresden. RAGSuite Engine runs in a data centre in Germany. If you run RAGSuite yourself, there is no provider in the data flow at all: the software runs on your servers and sends no telemetry to us.
Why is RAGSuite open source?
Because trust should be verifiable. Anyone can inspect the platform’s core on GitHub, run it themselves and develop it further. That lowers the risk of lock-in and makes reviews by IT security and data protection easier. Enterprise features and the RAGSuite Engine fund further development.
