Are there open roles right now?
No role is advertised at the moment. We hire as the platform grows and look at speculative applications first. Write to us about the area you would like to contribute to. We get in touch as soon as a fitting role comes up and will not keep you waiting in the meantime.
How do I apply speculatively?
Write to info@ragsuite.de or use the contact form. A short note about you, your profile or a link to GitHub, LinkedIn or your portfolio is enough to start. You do not need a classic cover letter. We usually reply within a week.
Where does the team work?
NITSAN GmbH has offices in Dresden, Berlin and Viernheim. How and where you work, we discuss in the first conversation and adapt to the role. Customer meetings take place online or on site, depending on what the project needs. Just ask us.
Do I need experience with AI?
Not necessarily. Solid basics in your field and a willingness to learn matter more than experience with a particular model. Anyone who has worked with search, databases, data protection or regulated sectors brings a lot. You learn the rest in our team and on the product.
Can students get in touch too?
Yes. We are open to internships, working-student roles and theses around RAG, data protection or accessibility. Write to us about the topic you are interested in and when you are available. We then check whether the team can supervise you and reply promptly.
What should my speculative application include?
Name the area you are interested in, your most relevant experience and one or two examples of your work, such as code, writing or a project. Also tell us when you are available. You can send certificates and further documents later, once we are in conversation.
