The Community Edition is not a trial package. You get the complete knowledge engine that RAGSuite Engine also runs on, under Apache 2.0, with no licence key and no limit on users or projects. How do users, credits and storage work?
Every plan includes a fixed number of users. Credits and storage apply to the whole workspace: all users share the same pool, and there are no credits or storage per person. Credits are your monthly usage for AI answers. With your own API key (BYOK) you pay the model provider directly and use no credits for it.

What does RAGSuite cost?
The Community Edition is free and open source. RAGSuite Engine has three plans you can book yourself: Starter €39, Business €169 and Premium €399 a month billed yearly, plus VAT. Billed monthly they cost €45, €195 and €459. Enterprise is priced by agreement.
What is included in the plans?
Every plan includes a fixed number of users, plus credits and storage for the whole workspace. Starter: 5 users, 5,000 credits a month, 5 GB. Business: 20 users, 25,000 credits, 50 GB. Premium: 50 users, 65,000 credits, 150 GB. All users share the credits and storage.
What is the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
The plans are the same. Billed yearly, Starter costs €39 instead of €45, Business €169 instead of €195 and Premium €399 instead of €459 a month. So you save about 13 per cent. Monthly billing suits you if you want to stay flexible or start small.
Can I use my own API key?
Yes. In every plan you can switch on your own API key (BYOK). The plan price stays the same. You pay the language model directly at your provider and use no credits for it. The users and storage of your plan still apply, and you can switch BYOK off again at any time.
Why does Enterprise show no price?
Enterprise depends on how you run it: on your own servers, air-gapped or as a dedicated instance, with or without an SLA and white-label. From more than 50 users and for public tenders we prepare a quote. Write to us; we usually reply the same working day.
Is the Community Edition really free?
Yes. The Community Edition is under Apache 2.0 and free, for companies too, with no user limit. You run it on your own servers and use your own language models. If you later need roles, SSO or the full audit history, you move to RAGSuite Engine or Enterprise.
