For everyone who is not at a desk: field sales, technicians at the customer, care staff, branches and managers between meetings. They ask “Which torque applies to model X?” or “How do I report an accident?” and get the answer with its source, without a VPN detour to the intranet.

Biometrics plus your own account.
Face ID or Touch ID unlock the app; your RAGSuite account and two-factor sign-in authorise it. Without your instance and your credentials the app is useless. The App Store and Google Play only distribute the app itself, your questions and answers do not pass through them.
In the RAGSuite Engine and Enterprise the app uses the same roles, teams and audit entries as the browser.

Which plan includes the mobile app?
Every plan. The app is part of the Community Edition, the RAGSuite Engine and Enterprise, and it is open source with the Community Edition. In the RAGSuite Engine and Enterprise the app also uses roles, teams, Google sign-in and the full audit log: exactly as in the browser.
Does our data go through Apple or Google?
No. The app connects directly to your RAGSuite, in the RAGSuite Engine or on your server. The App Store and Google Play only deliver the app itself. Questions, answers and documents do not pass through the store providers. Sign-in uses your RAGSuite account with two-factor protection.
Is the app available for iOS and Android?
Yes, for both. The public App Store and Google Play listings are being prepared. Until then we set up access for your team directly, just ask. The app signs in to your RAGSuite, whether you use the RAGSuite Engine or run it yourself.
Does the app work with our own server?
Yes. You enter the address of your RAGSuite and sign in with your account. Your server needs to be reachable from the phone, for example through your company network or a secure connection your IT allows. With the RAGSuite Engine this step falls away because the instance is already reachable.
Can the app read answers aloud?
The browser widgets support voice input and read-aloud. In the app you use your phone’s accessibility features for dictation and read-aloud. We show you in a demo which voice features are built into the app. Every answer keeps its source, even when read aloud.
