What does the RAGSuite product tour show?
The tour follows one question through the platform: an employee looks up a rule, asks a follow-up in the chat, checks the source and gives feedback. The admin view shows where the knowledge comes from, how good the answers are and who asked what. Each stop says which plans include it.
Search in plain language, with a source on every result.
Your team types a question instead of keywords. AI search sums up the best results in a short answer and links every statement to its passage. As a widget it runs on your website or intranet, opened with Ctrl/⌘ K.

Follow-up questions in the chat: the context stays.
In the AI chatbot your team asks on: “And where do I apply for it?” The answer streams in and names its sources. For departments you set up your own assistants with their own sources and instructions, without code.
Where the knowledge comes from: website, files, connectors.
In the dashboard you see every source with its status: ingested, skipped, failed. You crawl websites at depth 1 to 5, upload files, and connect SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, Notion, Slack and Gmail through connectors.

Thumbs, stars and reasons on every answer show which documents are missing or outdated. The basic dashboard comes with every plan. In the RAGSuite Engine and in Enterprise you also compare models and trace every query in detail.
Who asked what? Evidence, not promises.
The audit log shows questions, answers and changes with timestamps. The Community Edition shows the last 15 days; the RAGSuite Engine and Enterprise keep the full history with export. Add organisations, teams, roles and deletion periods with receipts.

Can I try RAGSuite myself?
Yes, in two ways. You can try the RAGSuite Engine free for 7 days and no credit card. Or you install the free Community Edition with three commands on your own server. Either way you work with your own documents instead of sample data.
Is there a personal demo?
Yes. In a demo of about 30 minutes we show RAGSuite on a setup like yours: your kind of documents, your questions, your hosting model. You also see the admin view with sources, feedback and the audit log. Afterwards you know whether the RAGSuite Engine or your own server fits better.
What does RAGSuite cost after the trial?
The Community Edition is free and open source. The RAGSuite Engine comes in four plans: Starter from €39 a month, Business, Premium and Enterprise on request, credits included. Enterprise for running on your own servers is available on request. After the trial you choose a plan, or it ends at no cost.
