Questions about the partner programme.
What does the partner programme cost?
Nothing. You sign the standard partner agreement, with no fee, no tiers and no minimum revenue. You earn a recurring margin on your clients’ licences and keep 100 per cent of your own services such as workshops, setup and support. The terms are set out in the partner agreement.
Can we resell the RAGSuite Engine to clients?
Yes. You can set clients up in RAGSuite Engine, under your brand and with separate projects. We run the platform in a data centre in Germany; you take care of consulting and rollout. For clients with their own IT you offer Enterprise at the client instead.
What does white label include?
Name, logo, colours and greeting in the widget without the RAGSuite notice, widget and dashboard under your client’s domain, and separate client projects in one account. White label is available to partners on every licence sold. We show you the technical details during onboarding.
Can we run RAGSuite in a client’s own data centre?
Yes. With Enterprise, RAGSuite runs on your client’s servers, in your data centre or on rented servers, air-gapped if needed. You or your client run the platform; we provide licence, updates and support. That way you also meet the requirements of regulated clients.
How fast can we start?
After your request we usually reply the same working day. After the agreement and onboarding, you set up the first client in the RAGSuite Engine the same day. To try it out, you can install the Community Edition yourself right away, free and without signing up with us.
