We want everyone to be able to use ragsuite.de, with a keyboard, screen reader, magnification or on a smartphone. Here we describe the level we have reached, where limits remain and how you can report barriers to us.

Which content this statement covers.
This statement covers the website ragsuite.de in German and English, including the free tools. It does not cover the RAGSuite software itself or websites of partners or customers that use RAGSuite.
We publish this statement voluntarily. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and the European standard EN 301 549.

Status: partially conformant. This is based on automated checks of every page at four screen widths and spot checks with the keyboard. A review with screen readers is planned.
Known limitations.
Some product views show RAGSuite interfaces as illustrations. Their key messages are also in the text next to them, but some details are only visible visually. Interactive tools such as the AI cost calculator output results in live regions; with very long results the screen reader announcement can be extensive. We are working to improve these points.
Technical basis.
ragsuite.de uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. The pages work with current versions of common browsers on desktop and smartphone and adapt to screen widths down to 390 pixels. Content is available in German and English; you can switch the language at the top of every page. We check new pages automatically before publication.

How do you test accessibility?
Every page is checked automatically against WCAG 2.1 AA before publication, at four screen widths and in German and English. On top come spot checks with the keyboard; a review with screen readers is planned. Automated tests do not find every barrier, so your feedback matters.
Does the statement also cover the RAGSuite software?
No, this statement only covers the website ragsuite.de. We are happy to answer questions about the accessibility of the software and the widgets customers use on their websites directly. The operator of a customer website is responsible for its accessibility.
How quickly do you respond to feedback?
We usually reply within five working days and tell you how and by when we will fix the problem. If you need content in another format right away, for example as text instead of a graphic, we send it to you on request.
Is ragsuite.de obliged to be accessible?
ragsuite.de is aimed at businesses. In many cases the German Accessibility Strengthening Act does not apply to purely B2B offerings. We still publish this statement voluntarily, because we want everyone to be able to use our content. We are currently having the legal classification reviewed and will update this statement if needed.
When is this statement updated?
We review the statement at least once a year and whenever the website changes significantly. The date at the top of the page shows the current status. We remove fixed limitations from the list and add new findings from reviews and your feedback.
