AI guides: clear answers for your decision.
What does ChatGPT cost for a team? What is an AI platform? When is AI in line with data protection, and what does the EU AI Act require? Our guides answer the questions that come before every AI rollout: neutral, sourced and dated.
As of 13 October 2026 · not legal advice
Guides you can pass on to your management.
Every guide answers a question teams ask before rolling out AI. We name sources, put a date on every figure and check prices and legal status regularly: prices quarterly, EU AI Act deadlines monthly.
Where a guide is about RAGSuite, we say so openly. Where it is about law, we explain the situation and do not replace advice. That way you can use every guide as the basis for an internal decision.

Questions about our guides.
How up to date are the guides?
Every guide carries a date. We check prices quarterly, EU AI Act deadlines and guidelines monthly, and data protection topics after every important decision by authorities or courts. When a figure changes, we update the guide and the date. Earlier versions stay visible in the change note of the guide.
Are the guides legal advice?
No. The guides explain the law, duties and typical questions in plain language and name their sources. They do not replace advice from your data protection officer or a law firm. Use them to prepare for that conversation and as a basis for internal decisions and documentation.
Are the guides neutral, even though RAGSuite writes them?
We keep information and offer apart. Figures about other providers come from their own sources and carry a date. Legal guides contain no statements about RAGSuite. Where we show RAGSuite as an option, it sits in its own clearly named section or in the box at the end of the page.
Can I suggest a topic?
Yes. Send us your question through the field on this page or the contact form. We collect the suggestions and plan new guides based on what our readers need. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you will hear as soon as your topic is published as a guide.
Where can I find free tools?
Almost every guide has a matching tool: the AI cost calculator, the GDPR check for AI, the DPIA template, the AI usage policy and the EU AI Act risk class check. All are free, need no sign-up and are linked on every guide page where they fit the topic.
