What these projects have in common.
In both cases the task was knowledge that needs to be found fast, and data that must not go into someone else’s cloud. So both partners run RAGSuite on their clients’ infrastructure, and every answer names its source. That lets specialists check answers before they work with them.
For companies without servers of their own there is now also RAGSuite Engine, with a data centre in Germany. For your own project we recommend: start small with a clearly defined area, check the answers together with the specialists and only then expand.

You deploy RAGSuite at clients or plan to? As a partner you sell RAGSuite under your own brand, in the RAGSuite Engine or at the client. We feature good projects here if you and your client agree.
Questions about RAGSuite references.
Why are there only two case studies?
We only publish references that partners and customers have explicitly agreed to. Further projects in manufacturing, SMEs and the public sector are already running; their case studies follow after approval. In a call we are happy to put you in touch with a partner from your sector.
Who deploys RAGSuite at the clients?
Usually a partner: an agency or consultancy that already looks after the client. The partner sets RAGSuite up, connects the sources and supports operations. We help with training, support and white label if wanted. But you can also introduce RAGSuite directly with us.
Can I talk to a reference?
In many cases, yes. Ask about it in a call and we arrange a contact if the partner agrees. That way you hear first-hand how rollout, data protection and operations went. Such an exchange is often more helpful than any case study.
Are there references from my sector?
Approved so far are projects from the housing sector and from healthcare and the public sector. Further sectors such as manufacturing, SMEs and public administration follow after approval. Ask about your sector in a call and we will tell you what experience exists, without naming confidential details.
Can I introduce RAGSuite without a partner?
Yes. Many companies start directly in the RAGSuite Engine or install the Community Edition themselves. On request we support setup with a short onboarding. A partner is worthwhile above all if you need advice on processes, content or integration into your website.
What does a solution like in the case studies cost?
That depends on how you run it. The Community Edition is free; you only pay for servers and the language model. The RAGSuite Engine comes in plans from €39 a month, credits included or with your own API key. The Enterprise Edition is available on request. A partner’s services are agreed separately.
