How long a comparable project takes.
Setup itself usually takes only days: provide a server or the cloud, connect sources, set up assistants. Choosing content, agreeing with data protection and, where relevant, the works council, and training the team take longer. Plan a few weeks for that, depending on scope.

Why does a source on every answer matter so much?
Because organisations in healthcare and the public sector have to stand by their information. When every answer shows which page it comes from, visitors can check it and the team can improve content in a targeted way. That builds trust on both sides.
Does the chatbot answer medical questions?
The chatbot only answers from content the organisation has approved, such as services, procedures or opening hours. It does not replace medical advice. The organisation itself decides which content is included and which notices the chatbot shows. For medical questions it points to the right contacts.
How is the chatbot embedded in the website?
Via a short snippet that fits any content management system. pixelpublic sets up the widget, colours and greeting to match the website and connects the organisation’s content. Website changes are re-ingested on a schedule so answers stay current. That usually takes only a few minutes.
Does this also work in the RAGSuite Engine?
Yes, if your content allows it. The RAGSuite Engine offers the same features as running it yourself and runs in a data centre in Germany. For particularly sensitive data we recommend running it on your own servers, as in this project. We are happy to advise you on this.
What does a solution like in the case studies cost?
That depends on how you run it. The Community Edition is free; you only pay for servers and the language model. The RAGSuite Engine comes in plans from €39 a month, credits included or with your own API key. The Enterprise Edition is available on request. A partner’s services are agreed separately.
