Where does the ingested content live?
In RAGSuite Engine the search index lives in a data centre in Germany; self-hosted, on your servers. Credentials stay in your RAGSuite. If you use an external language model, only the question and the matching passages go to that provider, never whole documents.

As current as the last ingestion. You re-ingest SharePoint content whenever you like and see per source what was ingested, skipped or failed. For areas that change often, plan regular re-ingestion. Every answer links to the passage so your team can check the current version.
